This is the second time we have stayed at this superior bed and breakfast the owner is welcoming and maintains the high standards. The rooms are well furnished to a high degree and immaculately clean with comfortable beds, the modern farm is situated just off the main A702 to Edinburgh along a l modern drive well beyond the noise of the passing traffic so the rooms are very quiet.
The breakfast is individually cooked from a request form submitted the night before expertly prepared and delicious.
For those interested in Horses the owner is a keen rider and has several in the surrounding stables/ fields I am sure she will be delighted to pass on her expertise.
I simply can't commend this BB enough so do come and stay yourself you won't be disappointed.

Lovely place to stay on the outskirts of Edinburgh. It was wonderful to get out of the town centre and stay at a peaceful retreat looking out over hills watching horses in the fields. The room was lovely, immaculate everything spot on, lovely breakfasts, wonderful host, excellent value, many thanks.

Lovely one night stay with a friend- In November 2016. Arrived fairly late but still welcomed with a smile. Very spacious and nicely decorated room. Warm welcome, generous breakfast, beautiful views - good value, would recommend without hesitation.
